Sponsors see participation, not health. For billing, a sponsor may receive enrollment counts of members who completed lab testing. They never receive members’ results, conditions, risk factors, or recommendations, and they don’t get reports that could identify anyone’s health. Partners who refer members to Hundred don’t receive their health information or results.
