We fill the preventative gap — analyzing 100+ biomarkers, wearables, and lifestyle data to identify risks and optimize health long before symptoms appear. Our platform gives members clear direction on how to improve their physiology, performance, and longevity — so when they do see a doctor, they’re informed, prepared, and proactive.

Hundred isn’t a replacement for healthcare, it’s the front line of it.

Members can use HSA and FSA funds to cover their Hundred membership and related testing services. Some lab work may qualify for partial reimbursement depending on the provider and plan, but coverage currently varies.

At this stage, there isn’t a standardized pathway for direct insurance billing — and that’s by design. We launched Hundred to remove the red tape that slows innovation in healthcare, giving members immediate access to the kind of testing and insights that traditional insurance often overlooks.

That said, we’re building towards greater integration. Our long-term roadmap includes direct HSA/FSA card acceptance at checkout and, over time, partnerships that align Hundred’s outcomes-based data model with insurers and employer benefit programs.

How do I prepare for my lab appointment?

You’ll receive an email and app notification before your draw with preparation details. Ideally, you’ll pause all supplements 72-hours prior to your appointment and only drink plain water for 8-hours beforehand. No other food or drink (including alcohol or caffeine) the night before. Avoid intense workouts on the day of your appointment, and hydrate well with 1 L or 33oz of water prior — this helps with blood flow and prepares you for the urine sample. You’ll need to bring a photo ID, and we also recommend bringing a snack for after. Water is always a good idea to have on hand, too. If you’re asked for your lab forms, you may find the order form in your Hundred app. No insurance or payment is needed.
