Encrypted when it moves. Encrypted when it’s stored.
Your health information is encrypted in transit and at rest. That helps protect it both when it moves between systems and when it’s stored.
Access limited to the people who need it
Only staff who need your health information to deliver care or run the service can access it, and their permissions are limited by role.
Privacy requirements for our vendors
Service providers that handle health information on our behalf sign a Business Associate Agreement with us. These agreements set requirements for protecting that information.
Stored in the United States
Your health information is stored in secure Amazon Web Services data centers in the U.S. We don’t run our own servers.
HIPAA-aligned safeguards
Our safeguards are aligned with HIPAA, and everyone on the Hundred team completes HIPAA training.
