Cancellation & Refund Policy

HundredRx Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 7/06/2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all HundredRx care programs offered through the Hundred Health platform (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing or enrolling in any Service, you agree to the terms below. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility & Payment

  • HundredRx Services are self-pay only. We do not bill insurance, and no portion of your payment will be submitted for insurance reimbursement.

  • HundredRx Services are not available to individuals enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal or state health care program. By enrolling, you confirm you are not a beneficiary of such a program in connection with your use of the Services.

  • All Fees are charged in U.S. Dollars via our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase or renewal.

2. Consultation Fees

Visits that require a live consultation with a licensed provider carry a one-time $50 fee. This fee is not recurring or ongoing and is separate from any membership or subscription Fee. It is earned once the consultation has taken place and is non-refundable thereafter, regardless of outcome, except where a refund is required under Section 4 or by applicable law.

If the provider approves a prescription following your consultation, the $50 fee is covered by your membership fee and will not be charged separately. If your provider does not approve a prescription, the $50 fee applies as described above.

Payment of the consultation fee does not guarantee approval for treatment or issuance of a prescription, and it does not guarantee that any medication will be charged or shipped. Whether to prescribe, and what to prescribe, is a clinical decision made solely by your provider based on your consultation and medical necessity.

3. Membership & Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel a recurring membership or subscription at any time by emailing support@hundred.com or directly in your Hundred app via the contact support option. We plan to offer self-service cancellation in your account settings in the future.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period. You will retain access to the Services through that date, and no partial-month or prorated refunds will be issued.

  • If you do not cancel before your renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged for the next billing period.

4. Medications & Products

  • Enrolling in a program does not itself result in a charge for medication. You are only billed for medication once your provider approves treatment following your consultation or intake.

  • Once your provider approves treatment and your prescription is sent to a pharmacy for fulfillment, or a Product has shipped, the associated Fee is non-refundable, except as set forth below.

  • If your provider does not approve treatment, you will not be charged for medication beyond any consultation fee already paid under Section 2.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product, contact support within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • For safety and regulatory reasons, medications cannot be returned once shipped and are non-refundable once dispensed, except as required by law.

5. How to Request a Refund

Fees paid under this Policy are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy (for example, damaged or defective Products under Section 4) or as required by applicable law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hundred.com with your name, order or account details, and the reason for your request. We aim to review such requests within 5–7 business days. Any approved refund is issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.

Medical care is provided by independent licensed clinicians licensed in the state where you are located. They evaluate you, decide whether treatment is appropriate, and prescribe and manage your care. Hundred does not practice medicine or make clinical decisions. All treatment requires a medical consultation, and some states require it by live video. A prescription is never guaranteed. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Hundred is not a substitute for your primary care physician or specialist. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
